Return Policy

At Credence Corporation, we aim to deliver quality aviation parts that meet industry standards and customer expectations. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item was supplied incorrectly
  • The item was damaged during transit
  • The item does not match the confirmed purchase order
  • Prior written approval has been obtained from Credence Corporation

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used parts
  • Electrical or electronic components once opened
  • Special-order or non-stock items
  • Items without original certification or documentation
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage

3. Return Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any item, customers must:

  • Request a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
  • Provide part number, invoice number, and reason for return
  • Wait for written approval before shipping

Returns sent without RMA approval may be rejected.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging and certifications
  • Be properly packed to avoid transit damage

Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to restocking charges.

5. Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
If the return is approved, one of the following will apply:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Credit note issuance
  • Refund (as per agreement)

Final approval depends on inspection results and supplier policies.

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Risk of loss remains with the customer until the item is received and inspected

7. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos and supporting documents. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds or credits will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection and acceptance.

9. Policy Updates

Credence Corporation reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
